Participate in and support the principles of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being an owner of the company.Provide strong leadership for department and communicates a strategic vision for organization.Manage all hiring and termination issues.Provide needs assessment and develop appropriate training programs.Administer benefits programs to maximize job satisfaction while keeping the benefit package affordable.Develop and administer the organizational performance management process.Keep abreast of legislation affecting human resources trains management and monitors company policies to ensure compliance.Establish hiring and retention practices that seek to foster employee job satisfaction and high morale.Further responsibilities include development and administration of personnel rules and regulations, pay and job classification structure, and programs for promoting employee morale and safety through training initiatives. Reporting to the HR Director, this individual will lead the Human Resources management function with primary responsibilities in overseeing administration of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies. ![]()
